Delivery Options Overview

Our delivery services are categorized into Service Zones and Non-Service Zones, based on the availability of our local stores.

Most areas within Karachi, Lahore, Hyderabad, and Sahiwal, islamabad  fall under our Service Zones. All other cities and areas across Pakistan are considered Non-Service Zones.

Service Zones Delivery Charges

  • Order value below Rs. 5,000: Rs. 159 delivery fee

  • Order value Rs. 5,000 and above: Free Delivery

Non-Service Zones Delivery Charges

  • Order weight up to 0.5 kg: Rs. 300 delivery fee

  • Order weight above 0.5 kg:
    Rs. 300 (base fee) + Rs. 300 for each additional kg above 0.5 kg

Important Notes

  • Deliveries to cities other than Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, and Sahiwal are treated as Non-Service Zone deliveries.

  • If delivery charges exceed Rs. 300, our customer support team will contact the customer to confirm the additional delivery cost before processing the order.

  • Customers are advised to verify their order and invoice details at the time of delivery.

  • Deliveries in Non-Service Zones are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners.

Non-Service Zone Delivery Restrictions

The following items cannot be delivered to Non-Service Zones:

  • Milk and dairy products

  • Injections

  • Refrigerated / cold-chain items

  • Liquid medicines

  • Glass bottle products
